Delivery information
For parcel delivery to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the peninsular Spain and Portugal we will use the transportation services hired from the company SEUR. Outside those territories SEUR itself will be in charge of parcel delivery. It is necessary to check for each case prices and conditions at the moment of ordering the item.
There is free delivery in the peninsular Spain for purchases of more than 20 € (including local VAT).
Your order will be delivered within 2 days in the peninsular Spain and within 3 to 4 days in the Balearic Islands. If your delivery address is outside those territories the estimated delivery time will vary between 4 to 15 days, depending on the transportation company chosen and the delivery method hired after the date you have finished the purchasing process.
In the case of deliveries carried out by the company SEUR the User can choose between having the order delivered either at a specific address or in a SEUR pickup and delivery point.
Delivery times can vary depending on the availability of the products.
In case Treasure Gold can’t deliver the item within the estimated time, the customer will be able to either choose another delivery date (with Treasure Gold) or cancel the delivery.
In case of delivery cancellation of an item due to delayed release date (within the established time), the customer will be in charge of the transportation costs.
Orders can be cancelled only after mutual agreement between Treasure Gold and the purchaser. On the contrary, the purchaser will have to proceed to return the product ordered, always notifying first Treasure Gold.
Any damage produced to the product during its transportation is responsibility of the transportation company, therefore the purchaser has the right to do not accept any product that is in a bad condition or that is inside an opened or torn packaging. In case the customer receives a product that has been damaged during its transportation and wants to ask for a replacement, the customer will have to send a graphical evidence of the damages to Treasure Gold (e.g. a photography) in a period of 24 hours after the delivery of the product.
Treasure Gold will be in charge of the replacement of any product that has been lost by the transportation company, which will not have any additional costs to the purchaser.
