The pleasantly-sweet taste of lychee, the light acidity and intensity of kumquat are tied with the spicy-sweetness of the ginger.
1. Cut lychee and kumquat in half and also some slices of ginger
2. Add them all into a large wine glass
3. Fill the glass with chilled Treasure Gold
